Trigramy: Vítr nad Nebem. Věci jdou dopředu. Ale jemně. A ne tvým tempem. Přizpůsob se. Neznamená to vzdát se.
Živel: Dřevo a kov. Tření mezi růstem a strukturou. Mezi tím, co chce běžet, a tím, co brzdí. Ale právě to tě formuje.
Rok Ohnivého Koně: Tenhle kůň by nejradši běžel pořád. Ale i on musí občas překousnout uzdu. A jít krok za krokem.

Zaváděj malé zvyky, které ti dlouhodobě pomůžou.
Opravuj vztahy nenápadně, bez očekávání okamžité změny.
V práci se soustřeď na systém. Ne výbuch.
Buď trpělivý. To, co teď zraje, tě podrží, až přijde příští zlom.

Čínský kalendář říká, že 7. listopadu začíná měsíc Zemského Prasete a s ním čínská zima. Prase patří k vodě, a tak oheň roku narazí na něco, co ho tlumí. V překladu: energie klesá a není to selhání. Kdo teď čeká výkon jako v září, bude zklamaný hlavně sám ze sebe.
Říjnový vítr nezmizel, jen teď vane nad nebem. Stará kniha ten stav popisuje jako husté mraky, ze kterých nepadá déšť. Znáš to: něco visí ve vzduchu, rozhodnutí, odpověď, změna, a nepřichází. Nepopoháněj to.

Right now you won’t push through big changes. You won’t make a breakthrough. But that doesn’t mean nothing is working. This month isn’t about strength. It’s about direction. About how small moves today decide where you’ll be tomorrow. This is the time of small habits. Short sentences. Modest effort. And great humility too. Xiǎo Chù says: keep the silence inside you. When the time comes, you’ll be ready. But for now, learn to do things right, even when no one is watching.
Trigrams: Wind above Heaven. Things move forward. But gently. And not at your pace. Adapt. That doesn’t mean giving up.
Element: Wood and Metal. Friction between growth and structure. Between what wants to run and what holds it back. But that’s exactly what shapes you.
Year of the Fire Horse: This horse would love to run all the time. But even he has to accept the bridle now and then. And go step by step.

Build small habits that will help you in the long run.
Mend relationships quietly, without expecting instant change.
At work, focus on the system. Not the explosion.
Be patient. What is ripening now will hold you when the next turning point comes.

The Chinese calendar says that on 7 November the Earth Pig month begins, and with it the Chinese winter. The Pig belongs to water, so the fire of the year meets something that damps it down. In plain words: energy drops, and that isn’t failure. Anyone expecting September-level output now will mostly be disappointed in themselves.
October’s wind hasn’t gone, it now blows above heaven. The old book describes this as dense clouds that bring no rain. You know the feeling: something hangs in the air, a decision, an answer, a change, and it doesn’t come. Don’t push it. Clouds can’t be talked into raining.
At the third line the book warns of a cart whose spokes fall out, and of husband and wife turning their eyes away from each other. Today that’s the argument about who should have taken out the bin, who forgot the milk, who’s late again. In November, relationships don’t break over big things. They break over small things nobody fixed.
On 22 November comes Minor Snow. Days get shorter, the body wants warmth and an earlier bedtime. A small evening ritual, a cup of tea or ten minutes without your phone, will do more now than any grand resolution.
A question for you: What can you do today so that it won’t need fixing tomorrow?
